How to Order

Our handcrafted furniture is made to order. In addition to the style of piece, we will also need to know the color you would like it to be painted.

Please call us at (207) 853-9504 or email us with the details of the furniture to be ordered and the shipping destination city and state. We will then provide you with a total price and estimated lead time.

To make your purchase by credit card, you will be directed to a secure online payment page.

Payment

We require full pre-payment for the order. Payments are securely processed through PayPal, where you may use Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Discover, or your PayPal account to make your purchase. A PayPal account is not necessary for credit card payments.

Please do not email us credit card information! We do not accept payment via email.

Pricing

Furniture prices are listed with the description of each item. The shipping charge and any applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your destination. The total price will be provided to you before you place the order.

Shipping

Smaller pieces ship via UPS. Larger pieces will require "white glove" delivery services, with the selected carrier and method to be determined by the size of the piece and the destination.

Tax

A 5.5% Maine state sales tax will be charged for all shipments delivered within Maine.

Cancellations

Cancellations for standard furniture shown on our website:
Our handcrafted furniture is made to order. If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 48 hours from the time your order is placed. To cancel an order, please call us at (207) 853-9504 or send us an email. Your order is not cancelled until you receive a confirmation from us. After the cancellation is confirmed we will refund the full purchase price through PayPal.

Cancellations for custom furniture orders:
Refunds will not be issued for custom furniture purchases after 48 hours from the time your order is placed.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your furniture, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so that we can work to make things right. With an approved return, we will refund the purchase price of standard furniture items returned in original condition. Custom orders are not returnable, except pieces damaged through shipping, in which case a replacement will be provided. Shipping costs for the initial delivery is not refundable and we do not reimburse for return freight charges.
