We are both artists; Patrick a painter and Joyce a photographer - who met - married, lived and worked in the Hamptons - an area long known as a magnet for artists. A honeymoon excursion through Maine, led to a move Down East. We just celebrated our 10th anniversary in Maine!

In 2009, we introduced our handcrafted furniture line - The Tradition of the New and this summer added decorative gift boxes to the collection. The pieces are a synthesis of folk art, antiques, our own aesthetic and contemporary living.

We endeavour to be green - our line is handmade in our Down East Maine workshop with wood from sustainable forests and painted with environmentally friendly paints.
